Angelica Charlotte Pickles is the three year old bully to Tommy and the gang from Rugrats and who also appears in the Rugrats and Wild Thornberrys crossover movie, Rugrats Go Wild!.

At the beginning of the movie, after Tommy and his friends’ fantasy of pretending to be Nigel Thornberry turns back to reality, Angelica was first seen holding her cat, Fluffy. She asks the babies why were they screaming, and Chuckie explains they were about to get eaten by a tiger. Angelica then realizes Tommy was pretending to be Nigel Thornberry again and Tommy tells her he became one of his fans and when he grows up, he wants to be just like him. Angelica however doubts it and laughs at him, making Tommy feel depressed.
Later at the pier, as the Pickles, Finsters and DeVilles were getting ready for their tropical getaway on the Lipschitz Cruise, because Susie was also coming along with them, Angelica then tells her to hold a spotlight as sings “Dresses and Shoes” with her singer Cynthia doll. After the cruise ship leaves the family behind, she, the babies, Susie and their parents board Stu’s ramshackle boat, the S.S. Nancy, as he planned for them to spend seven fun filled days on it, but the family wasn’t happy about it. As the Nancy sailed out at sea, Angelica stood on the bow of the boat holding up Cynthia and sings, “I’m Queen of the World!”.
Later, when the Nancy sailed into a storm, Angelica, the babies, Susie and their parents quickly got below as a giant tsunami approached the boat. After the wave splashed down onto the boat, making it sink and then rise back up to the surface again, Angelica, the babies, Susie and their parents then quickly abandoned ship onto an inflatable life raft as the Nancy sinks, leaving them lost at sea. As the family were in the raft, Angelica sung with her singer Cynthia to try to cheer them up. As the sunlight started to appear, when Spike shows up okay and swims in the water up the Pickles, Finsters and DeVilles and climbs int the raft, he knocks Cynthia off the raft’s edge. Angelica then gets horrified as she sees her favorite doll sink into the water and she gets extremely sad and cries to lose her. Charlotte then explains to Angelica that they all lost something, as she lost her cellphone.
The next morning, as the raft approaches the uninhabited island, Angelica wakes up and sees Cynthia, as she washed up on the shores of the island. She then gets extremely happy to see her favorite doll again and she runs up to her and picks her up and hugs her. As she happily hugs her, water splashes her as the life raft washes up on the shores of the island. She then gets stranded on it with the babies, Susie and their parents, when the life raft drifts out and pops on a rock.
Later, after the babies finished building sandcastles, Angelica shows up and seriously tells them about them being stranded on an island with no people on it (stepping on their sandcastles ruining them in the process). Angelica then tells the babies and Susie that she saw a movie about a group of little kids who got stranded on an island and grew up and turned wild. She then sings them a song about her being an Island Princess.
After the parents prepare to survive on the island until they’re rescued, when Tommy realizes everyone is mad at Stu since it was all his fault, he thinks they should something about it, but Angelica completely doubts it. When Tommy starts to think Nigel Thornberry could possibly be on the island, Angelica doubts that as well. The babies and Susie then head out into the jungle to find Nigel, making Angelia angrily disgusted in the process. While Stu was trying to build a signal fire, Angelica walks by him, stepping is personal items he could use to make a lot of things. When Stu decides to instead build a radio, he asks Angelica to keep an eye on the babies for him, but Angelica disgustedly states that’s dog’s work. So Angelica angrily sends Spike out into the jungle to look after the babies, and Angelica goes to try to find someone she could boss.
When Angelica goes looking for someone on the island that she could boss, she finds the Thornberrys' camp where she sees Debbie, bossing Darwin to polish her toe nails. Angelica gets impressed to see her bossing him and she walks up to her and introduces herself to Debbie as Angelitiki, the Island Princess and as well scares Darwin away.
Later on, while hanging out with Debbie at the beach, she and Debbie board the ComVee and start singing a song called “Should I Stay or Should I Go” while Debbie drives the ComVee crazy. As Angelica and Debbie were singing together while Debbie was crazy driving, Eliza, Darwin and Spike show up in the ComVee's path causing Debbie to freak and hit the brakes hard which caused the ComVee to spin out of control and splash into a lagoon. Eliza then tells Debbie about Tommy and the rest of the babies who are lost on the island and a Clouded Leopard is after them. This caused Angelica to get shocked now knowing about the Clouded Leopard on the island and knows she'll be in big trouble, so she quickly jumps into the Thornberrys' bathysphere and dives down.
As she dove down in the bathysphere, she activates it's flare and accidentally hits the ComVee with it causing it's pontoon to pop and causes the ComVee to sink to the bottom of the lagoon. Eliza then discovers Angelica in the bathysphere as she disappears into a waterfall as she drives it underwater to find the babies.
Later on, when Tommy, Susie, the rest of the babies and Nigel were stranded in a cave, Angelica pops up from the surface in the bathysphere and picks them up. However, she and Susie then have an argument while Angelica tried to drive the bathysphere which caused it to go out of control and crash to the bottom of the sea. Debbie and the rest of the Thornberrys and the Pickles, Finsters and DeVilles were though able to save them before they could run out of oxygen. But not before Angelica got the literal poop scared out of her due to all the food she ate with Debbie, and the idea that they were all about to die together in the bathysphere at the bottom of the ocean.
Later on, Angelica was seen hanging out with Debbie again, wearing totally different clothes, while the Rugrats and Thornberrys were finally having their vacation on the Lipschitz Cruise. No other Rugrats character changed their clothes, so if their diapers needed changing, they couldn’t have been that bad.
